Good Luck at State, Knowledge Bowl

Knowledge Bowl will be participating in state this Thursday, April 10, and Friday, April 11. They will be traveling to Brainerd. Knowledge Bowl is a Minnesota State High School activity that is similar to jeopardy, yet in team format. Knowledge bowl has been a Minnesota High School activity for over 20 years.  The OHS team has competed in six matches this year and have been in the top three in all six of the events. They qualified for state by placing in the top 26 in sub-regionals, and in the top five of 26 in regionals. There will be 47 other schools that are attending state as well. Senior Joshua Dub said, “I am very excited and it will be an enjoyable experience,” Their goal is to place in the top fifteen, but more importantly, come back proud of their accomplishments.
