Interview with School Board Chair Mark Sebring

The Owatonna School Board will set the bond amount for the new high school on Monday, Jan. 28. This amount will be voted on by the public on May 14. To prepare and cover this story OHS Magnet’s Luke Kubicek sat down with Superintendent Jeff Elstad, School Board Chairman Mark Sebring and OHS Principal Mark Randall to discuss the upcoming events and the possibility of a new school. These interviews were recorded after the school board approved the recommendation to build a new high school from the task force committee.
