Ashwini Manokar is a senior at Owatonna High school. Manokar joined the OHS Magnet staff when she was a junior, because she loved to write and wanted a creative outlet to do so. Outside of the newsroom, Manokar can be found taking endless naps, binging Netflix shows and scrolling through memes on Instagram. At OHS, she is involved in National Honors Society, link crew, mock trial, Big Brothers-Big Sisters and is the captain of the speech team. After high school, Manokar will most likely be going to school in biological sciences at an undecided school. She is excited for the 2019-2020 school year and the great stories to come.
