On November 15, 2025, global group Katseye kicked off their first ever North American tour named Beautiful Chaos in Minneapolis. Starting their massive sold out North American tour in Minnesota. More than 100,000 tickets were sold with some venues selling out within minutes, even the added dates.
Katseye began skyrocketing to fame during their Netflix show Dream Academy (also known as Popstar Academy). They musically debuted on June 28th, 2024 with their hit song Debut. The group is often renowned for their spunky and unique music, using new concepts and their talent to reach the attention of every age group. The group has reached over 33.5 million monthly listeners on Spotify within just one and a half years, reaching the 152nd highest number of listeners in the world.
Katseye’s backstory is very peculiar. Two major music companies came together with one sole idea: A global group. Hybe Entertainment and Geffen Records conjoined values and decided to launch a new project in 2023: Dream Academy. Both Hybe and Geffen launched auditions with that idea in mind. Some of the girls were scouted off of social media platforms such as Instagram and Tiktok while others formally auditioned through emails and their website. On their hit show, 20 individuals had one agenda: debut in a global girl group. The concept was new and intriguing with just one global group debuting just a year before: Girlset (formally known as VCHA) formed by JYP Entertainment in 2023, with their global debut in January 2024.
Katseye contains a wide range of backgrounds. Consisting of 6 members: Lara, Sophia, Daniella, Megan, Manon and Yoonchae. The group is multicultural and as a group can speak nine languages. Some languages they can speak are: Tagalog, Hindi, Tamil, German, Swiss German, French, Spanish, Korean and English.
The concerts performed by Katseye last an average of 90 minutes consisting of 17 songs plus three dance breaks. The tour starts with their viral song Debut plus the dance break that took Tiktok by storm. It ends with a heartfelt song called My Way which displays values that you should do what you want to do and to not worry about what others think.
Along with the concert, the group has begun selling tour merchandise before, during and after the show. There are 23 options ranging from $12 to $133. Some of it is website exclusive while others are sold at both the show and online. They will continue to perform in over 13 cities with 16 tour dates currently scheduled.
Along with the tour, Katseye hints at releasing a new single named “Internet Girl” within the next few weeks. While it is not confirmed, the group was seen hinting at a possible release of the song in the near future.
