The students of the Owatonna High School Theatre program are back at it again with the making of the One Acts Festival. This event is put on by the students themselves along with the advisement of Mr. Erik Eitrheim. Eitrheim commented, “I love that it gives a lot of student the opportunity to participate. It’s fun to see new talent get on stage”. The One Acts Festival takes place Friday, June 3 at 7:00 p.m. The event will consist of three one act plays, each directed by a student and the actors consist of their peers.

Gabe Cardiff is directing “The Rehearsal”, Ava Stockwell is directing “Man of the House”, and Lucas Arndt will be directing “15 Reasons”. All of these one acts are comedies, so bring the family. There will be awards in between shows along with intermissions. These hard working group of teens have been practicing every school day since the beginning of May in anticipation of this show. Admission is free. This is not a show to miss.
