Small Business Saturday
Nov. 26, 2016 is national Small Business Saturday. This day is for those small businesses that are still around today to get recognized for their great achievements in the business world. As of 2016, there are 23 million small businesses in the country. Owatonna is filled with many small businesses of all varieties. In order for these businesses to continue to grow and build in their confidence it is important that everyone should support all Small Businesses, there is also the hashtag #shopsmall. Here are some downtown businesses. On Dec. 1 Owatonna downtown will shine brightly during the Lighted Holiday Parade. The Owatonna High School Carolers will perform holiday music with cookies and cider served, as well.
