The clock is ticking as the 2016-17 school year is winding down. As the senior class is about to say goodbye to the OHS, it is time for grades 9 through 11 to say hello to the next school year. On Feb. 28, there will be a 60 minute TMM session where advisers will give students registration guides, forms, instructions and they will also review and confirm registration conference appointments for March 6. OHS Secretary Mrs. Bergwall will schedule and submit appointments that will be available for students to view on March 28 and changes can be made if needed.

On Monday, Mar. 6, a 30 minute TMM session will take place. At this session advisers will go over graduation requirements, individual learning plans and course selections. OHS assistant principal Mr. Miller said, “If you cannot make it to school on March 6, the administration will get you caught up.”

The registration conference appointments on March 6 will take place after school with sessions ranging from 3:00 to 8:30 p.m. Each session is set for roughly 20 minutes. Students are required to register at the OHS with their advisor or in the media center. Junior Said Abdullahi said, “The administration process is easy as long as you trust the process.”  Staff members will have a busy day come Mar. 6, and will do everything in their power to make the process as smooth as possible.

On Mar. 14, there will be a TMM session for registration verification. Eighth graders will register at the Junior High or St. Mary’s with consular assistance beginning on March 9 and 10, respectively.
