Mr. Nathan Heeren

One of the new staff members this year at OHS is Community Service Officer Nathan Heeren. Mr. Heeren came to the OHS in search of gaining experience for the law enforcement field. In addition to working at this school, he is a student at Rasmussen College in Eagan. Mr. Heeren is working towards a degree in Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice.

Becoming a police officer was an easy choice for Mr. Heeren. He has always found a passion for interacting with others and helping them with their problems. When asked about what he is most excited for at the OHS Mr. Heeren commented, “I’m excited to interact and help others in their time of need.” In Mr. Heeren’s free time, he enjoys spending time outside; whether he is hunting, fishing, or just spending time outdoors, he loves the peace of being with nature.
