The girls hockey team has been doing very well this year. Head coach Timothy Hunsts said, “We’ve won more games then we’ve lost. We have been struggling to score, but we’ve been improving.” Their last game was played against Rochester Century, unfortunately losing 5-2. Hunsts said, “The best players this year are seniors Payton Noble, Paige Radue, Abby Sawyer, and goalie Jessica Cole.” However, the rest of the team is also playing very well.  Jessica VonRuden said, “This season is going well and all the girls are working together.” Her goals for this season are to play her best and to work well with the rest of the team. The next game will be Thursday, Dec. 19, at Mankato East at 5:30 p.m.
