Just say no
SHOC has been helping students stay drug free at OHS for 25 years. One of their biggest events is Red Ribbon Week, which takes place in October. Other activities that take place are fifth grade classroom visits to teach drug prevention. SHOC members want to empower younger students to live a healthy life. They will also host the “Know the Truth” program for the freshman and sophomore classes on Wednesday, April 23. Advisor Mrs. Sandra Noeldner said, “We are not trying to judge people.” This is her sixth year as the SHOC advisor. There are currently 80 students involved in SHOC. They meet before school once or twice a month. This spring, in TMM, there will be information on joining SHOC for the 2014-2015 school year.
4H and FFA are my two biggest activities. I'm also a Youth Leader at church.
