This weekend the Owatonna Robotics Team heads up to the DECC Arena in Duluth for the MN FIRST Regionals. This is the second year that the Owatonna Robotics Team will be competing. With fifty- five teams competing this year it will be difficult to move onto the National competition. “You never know when you go in what the other teams will bring,” said Mrs. Rose, one of the leaders of the Robotics Team. There is a lot of pressure on the team to perform on every single run with their robot, especially on junior Owen Davis who will be driving the robot. “There is a lot of pressure on me because all the teams hopes are riding on me,” he said when he asked about the upcoming competition. They will compete Friday, Saturday and Sunday in a hope to advance to Nationals.

The Owatonna Robotics team got second place at regionals.
