The OHS girls basketball has done very well in sectional play so far defeating Rochester Century by a score of 68 – 50. They also defeated Rochester John Marshall by a score of 73 – 67 in the semi-final game. Both games were played here, at the OHS gym.  Coach Hoffman said,” We are both evenly matched and play a similar style of basketball, but we have more depth and experience on our bench.” Lakeville North has a record of 19-9 overall which will make the game a challenging one with a trip to the state tournament on the line.  The OHS Student Section has declared “A Sea of Blue” for the Section Championship Game.  The team is on their way to the section finals where they will be playing Lakeville North at the Mayo Civic Center on Friday March 14, at 6:00 p.m.
