Prom will be held at the four seasons arena on Saturday, April. 29 from 7:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. The theme for prom this year is inspired by the movie “Tangled” and is titled “A Night Under the Floating Lights.

Grand March starts at 7:00 p.m. and prom starts at 9:00 p.m. The dance will start after grand march once families leave the arena.

Marilyn Olson has been the prom committee adviser since 2014, she decided to become the adviser because she wanted to be a part of a traditional part of the high school experience.

This year there will be no after prom. Ms. Olson said, “There will be no after prom this year because of the lack of parent volunteers.” While there will be no After prom, the committee will still be providing food during prom from 10:00 pm until midnight.

Senior Brooke Kunkel said, “I am excited that it is my senior year prom and I am excited to see the theme.” Kunkel is excited to see how prom is different this year compared to last year.

Prom committee will be excused from school Wednesday, April. 26 and Thursday, April. 27 to set up the four seasons arena for prom and grand march.

Junior Laken Meier said, “I am excited to go because I have seen my siblings go and I am on prom committee so I am excited to see the whole space get put together.” Meier was on prom committee last year, but only helped with the set up. This year she will be able to go to prom.

Tickets will be online this year starting Monday, April. 17 and being able to be purchased through Wednesday, April. 26. There are QR codes on the prom posters around the high school. The price of tickets this year will be $37.38 per person.
