Getting down to the last out
The OHS girls softball team are continuing to work together this season a memorable one. Senior Peyton Mensink said, “My favorite part of being on this team is making relationships with my younger teammates and passing on my knowledge of softball to them, and having fun.” Their game on Tuesday, May 6, against John Marshall did not go as the girls may have hoped as they lost the first game 1-2 and the second 2-6. Their home game on Thursday, May 8, against Century was unfortunately cancelled due to the rain and potential tornado. However, because of the delay the girls will be even more prepared for their game tonight at their home game against Northfield at 4:00 and their away game against Farmington at 5:30.
