Chemistry on the court
The Owatonna boys basketball team is looking to perfect their chemistry as they head into their final stretch of games. “I am very happy with how we have continued to develop,” said coach Josh Williams.
The Huskies have done a great job of distributing the ball, with each player contributing equally. Sophomore guard Jay Sullivan got his first varsity start against the Mankato West Scarlets, scoring eight points in a tough road loss. The Huskies are looking to rebound against Winona in a Big 9 matchup. “We just need to come out with the mindset of winning and executing on both ends of the floor,” said senior forward Cole Butler. The Huskies face Winona on Tuesday, Feb 3, 7:00 p.m. at the OHS gymnasium.
