Building season is coming to a close, and with it the OHS Robotics Team is making their final touches on this school years robot. This past Sunday the team participated in a practice competition in Chaska where 24 teams competed.
Monday Feb. 16 the Robotics Team will be displaying their robot during conferences after school from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the commons. After conferences at 7 p.m., the robot can be found on display in the Options lobby. Feb. 17 is the bag-and-tag ceremony, and will be on display again also in the Options lobby at 7 p.m. Robotics Admiral Ethan Schulz said, “We’re in a very good position, but you never know until you see the competition.” This is also the final day the robot is allowed to be worked on. After this, the robot is packed away until their first competition on the weekend of Feb. 27 at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center.
