My name is Andrew Jerry Abbas, I am currently a senior at OHS. Activities that I enjoy are playing basketball, singing in choir, teaching religion, and working at my job. I played basketball in high school up until 10th grade but lost interest in competing so now I am involved in intermural basketball for fun. Currently I am singing in OHSCC (Owatonna High School Concert Choir) as a tenor. On Wednesdays I teach Catholic religion education to 4th and 10th graders after school at St. Mary’s School. I currently work at Koda Living Community as a certified nursing assistant and hoping to get my nursing degree in the future. Since I was about five years old my parents have been taking kids of all ages in for foster care. I decided to join Magnet to further my writing education, and meeting new people.
