Austin Garten is a Senior at Owatonna high school this year. He has been involved in Magnet for two years. He joined OHS Magnet to improve his writing skills and editing skills. After he graduates he has plans on going to college for manufacturing or design. He enjoys Hanging out with friends and just driving around town, he also enjoys working on his tractor with his brother when he’s home from college. In Garten’s freetime he usually just chills out and enjoys life by sometimes playing  video games, or going on the occasional bike ride around town. Garten is excited to be a part of the Magnet family for his last year of high school.
