Mobile games have always been a big topic at OHS. There are always new games going around the school but one game that sticks out is a game called” Brawl Stars.” It was released on December 12, 2018 and has been one of the most successful games since its release.

“Brawl Stars” was created by a very popular mobile app company called Supercell. Supercell has created many successful mobile games with the biggest ones being “Clash Of Clans”, “Clash Royale” and “Brawl Stars”.

The ultimate goal in “Brawl Stars” is to choose a brawler to defeat the opposing team in the game. There are many different brawlers you can choose from and unlock, the more trophies and experience you gain the more brawlers you unlock.

OHS senior Jason Klecker said, “My favorite part of the game is playing against friends and unlocking all the characters.” There are many different game modes you can choose from such as solo and duo showdown, basket brawl (basketball), brawl ball (soccer) and many others.

A large part of the success in “Brawl Stars” is the friend play, there are many game modes where you can play with or against friends. Brawl Stars also has a friendly battle mode where players  can get up to 10 people in a lobby and team up together or play against each other in any of the game modes.

“Brawl Stars” have many different reward systems which keeps the players interested in the game and makes them work towards the rewards.”Brawl Stars” success is due to the constant updates and new seasons releasing every month keeping everybody interested and attached to the mobile game.
