Ellie Youngquist is a senior at the OHS. She is a captain of the girls swim and dive team, trapshooting team, and Owatonna explorers post. Youngquist is also involved in mock trial, knowledge bowl, NHS, link crew, and girl scouts. Currently, she works as a lifeguard at the River Springs water park and teaches swim lessons at West Hills. After high school, she plans to enlist into the United States Marines Corps and continue her education. Her reasons for joining Magnet are to better her writing skills and be on the in when it comes to all the hot gossip.
