Logan Norrid, Writer
Logan Norrid is a senior this year at OHS, this is her second year on OHS Magnet staff and typically takes pictures and updates the Magnet social media platforms. She is involved in many activities including being president and founder of Girls United, Concert Band, National Honors Society and DECA here at the high school. Outside of OHS, Norrid is involved in her church by being on their youth leadership committee, Mount Olivet Board and camp counselor; she swims on her swim club’s national team, is a lifeguard and swimming lesson teacher at the Owatonna Country Club and has weekly tutoring to keep up her proficiency in Mandarin Chinese. Norrid has a little sister, Dylann Norrid, whom she loves to cheer on at OHS gymnastics and dive meets; along with Dylann, Norrid also has a dog named Bowser who loves to cuddle and take naps. She joined Magnet to meet new people and to have fun. Her future plans are to swim collegiately at the Division I level at the University of Rhode Island and major in business, Chinese, journalism or marine biology.
